Report No. 11/2026 - Change of the date of publication of the interim reports of Stalexport Autostrady S.A.

The Management Board of Stalexport Autostrady S.A. with its registered office in Mysłowice (hereinafter: the Company), in performance of its obligation under § 84 (2) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 6 June 2025 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and conditions for recognising information required by the laws of a non-member state as equivalent, hereby announces a change in the date of publication by the Company of its separate annual report for 2025 and consolidated annual report for 2025, originally set, in accordance with current report No. 4/2026 of 27 January 2026, for 4 March 2026.

The separate annual report for 2025 and the consolidated annual report for 2025 will be published on 25 March 2026.

Other dates of publication of periodic reports of Stalexport Autostrady S.A. in the financial year 2026 will not change.
