Agreement on restructuring of the overdue debts

On 11.07.2003 the Management Board of Stalexport SA concluded with BRE Bank SA - Warsaw, an Agreement regarding the restructuring of the overdue debts. The Agreement settles the rules of payment of off-arrangement liabilities of Stalexport SA towards BRE Bank SA.
According to the Agreement the debts will be payable in instalments before 30.06.2008.
