The company was established in 1994. Biuro Centrum’s core business is the management and technical maintenance of the office and conference complex in Katowice at 29 Mickiewicza Street, which is jointly owned by Stalexport Autostrady (40.47 per cent) and Węglokoks S.A. (59.53 per cent).

Biuro Centrum ensures high standards and professionalism across the full range of services related to property management and technical maintenance. It has modern organisational, technical and office facilities. As part of its supplementary activities, Biuro Centrum provides catering services at its own bistro and the ‘Pod wieżami’ restaurant, and manages the conference centre.
